Ingredients

0.75oz Smirnoff Dark Roasted Espresso

1.75oz Milk

0.25oz Almond Syrup

0.25oz Captain Morgan’s Dark Rum

Equipment

1 Ice Scoop

1 Jigger

1 Bar Spoon

1 Rocks Glass

1 Cocktail Shaker

1 Hawthorne Strainer

method

1. Shake the first three ingredients with ice.

2. Strain into an ice-filled Rocks glass.

3. Float the Captain Morgan’s on top of the finished drink.
