Ingredients

1.25oz Baileys Original

0.75oz Irish Whiskey

1oz  Egg

2.5oz  Milk

1 Grated Nutmeg (Garnish)

1 Cinnamon Stick (Garnish)

Equipment

1  Rocks Glass

1 Ice Scoop

1  Jigger

1 Cocktail Shaker

1 Hawthorne Strainer

1 Fine Strainer

1 Tongs

method

  1. Shake the Egg and all the liquid ingredients with ice.

  2. Fine strain into a chilled Martini glass.

  3. Garnish with Grated Nutmeg and a Cinnamon Stick.
