Ingredients

0.75oz Crown Royal Blender’s Mash Whisky

4.25oz Lager Beer 

6 Orange Wedge (Garnish)

Equipment

1 Rocks Glass

1 Ice Scoop

1 Jigger

1 Mixing Glass

1  Julep Strainer

1 Bar Spoon

1  Tongs

method

  1. Add all the ingredients to a Mixing glass full with ice.

  2. Stir to mix, chill and dilute.

  3. Strain into an ice-filled Rocks glass.

  4. Garnish with an Orange wedge.

12.8 g per serve
