0.5oz Pomegranate Liqueur
1.75oz Pineapple Juice
0.5oz Grenadine
3 Pomegranate Seeds (Garnish)
Equipment
1 Coupette Glass
1 Ice Scoop
1 Jigger
1 Cocktail Shaker
1 Hawthorne Strainer
1 Fine Strainer
1 Tongs
method
Shake all the liquid ingredients with ice.
Fine strain into a chilled Coupette glass.
Garnish with a Lime wheel.
