A refreshing cocktail which combines fresh orange juice with champagne.

Ingredients
1.5oz Bulleit Bourbon
0.5oz Sugar Syrup
8 Fresh Mint Leaves
1 Mint Sprig (Garnish)
method
Add two parts orange juice to a champagne flute
Add one part chilled champagne
Stir with a bar spoon
Serve.
