Take this southern sipper for a spin! Bulleit Bourbon with Lime, Pineapple, Mint and served shaken over ice - it's sweet n' sour with plenty of spice!

Ingredients

1.75oz Bulleit Bourbon

0.75oz Lime Juice

0.75oz  Mint Syrup

0.75oz Pineapple Syrup

1 Sprig Mint (Garnish)

2 Orange Wheels

Equipment

1  Rocks Glass

1 Ice Scoop

1  Jigger

1 Cocktail Shaker

1 Hawthorne Strainer

1 Tongs

method

  1. Shake all the liquid ingredients with ice.

  2. Strain into an ice-filled Rocks glass.

  3. Add 0.25 oz. of Soda Water.

  4. Garnish with an Orange wheel and Mint Sprig.
