Bulleit Honey & Cucumber Sour
A beautiful mix of Bulleit Bourbon with sweet, spice and fresh flavor notes.

1.75oz Bulleit Bourbon
0.75oz Honey Syrup
0.25oz Club Soda
3 Pieces of Cucumber
1 Wedge of Lemon (Garnish)
Equipment
1 Rocks Glass
1 Ice Scoop
1 Jigger
1 Muddler
1 Mixing Glass
1 Hawthorne Strainer
1 Bar Spoon
1 Tongs
method
In a Mixing glass, muddle Cucumber, Lemon wedges and Honey Syrup.
Add Bulliet Bourbon and ice and stir vigorously.
Strain into an ice-filled Rocks glass.
Top with Club Soda.
Garnish with a Cucumber wheel and Lemon wedge.
