Ingredients

1.75oz Bulleit Bourbon

0.75oz Honey Syrup

0.25oz Club Soda

3 Pieces of Cucumber

1 Wedge of Lemon (Garnish)

Equipment

1  Rocks Glass

1 Ice Scoop

1  Jigger

1 Muddler

1 Mixing Glass

1 Hawthorne Strainer

1  Bar Spoon

1 Tongs

method

  1. In a Mixing glass, muddle Cucumber, Lemon wedges and Honey Syrup.

  2. Add Bulliet Bourbon and ice and stir vigorously.

  3. Strain into an ice-filled Rocks glass.

  4. Top with Club Soda.

  5. Garnish with a Cucumber wheel and Lemon wedge.
