Ingredients

120g Butter

12.5oz Bourbon whiskey

Equipment

1 Induction

1 Saucepan

1 Mason Jar

1 V-60 Paper

1 Pour over glass

1 V-60 Coffee Dripper

1 Glass Bottle

1 Weighing Scale

method

  1. Start by melting butter, which is our fat, on low flame.

  2. Add the fat to the liquor in a wide-mouth container, close it, and shake the container.

  3. Infuse it overnight and just poke a hole in the fat puck.

  4. Pour the clear, flavored liquor through a coffee filter and bottle it.

This mix can be used to make a fantastic Old Fashioned and Boulevardier.
