Butter Washed Bourbon (Using Fat Washing)

120g Butter
12.5oz Bourbon whiskey

1 Mason Jar
1 V-60 Paper
1 Pour over glass
1 V-60 Coffee Dripper
1 Glass Bottle

method
Start by melting butter, which is our fat, on low flame.
Add the fat to the liquor in a wide-mouth container, close it, and shake the container.
Infuse it overnight and just poke a hole in the fat puck.
Pour the clear, flavored liquor through a coffee filter and bottle it.
This mix can be used to make a fantastic Old Fashioned and Boulevardier.
