0.25oz Sugar Syrup
2 Dashes of Angostura Bitters
1 Orange Zest (Garnish)

1 Ice Scoop
1 Jigger

method
1. Build in an ice-filled Rocks glass.
2. Stir gently.
3. Garnish with an Orange zest.
