1oz Cîroc Peach Vodka

3oz Prosecco or Champagne

1  Peach Slice (Garnish)

Equipment

1 Champagne flute

1 Bar Spoon

method

1. Pour all ingredients in chilled champagne flute.

2. Stir gently and serve.

Interesting Facts

The Bellini is sometimes referred to as "the Mimosa of Italy".  A popular variation of the drink is made with strawberry or raspberry puree instead of white peach juice. In 2014, Harry's Bar released a frozen version of the cocktail, which comes in a can.

History of the Drink

The Bellini was created by Giuseppe Cipriani, founder of Harry's Bar in Venice, Italy. The drink was oriGinally made with white peach juice and Prosecco, and was named after the 15th century Venetian painter Giovanni Bellini.
