0.5oz Raspberry Liqueur
0.8oz Lemon Juice
0.2 Sugar Syrup
5 Fresh Raspberries
1 Top Up with Soda Water
2 Raspberries (Garnish)
1 Blackberry (Garnish)
Equipment
1 Highball Glass
1 Ice Scoop
1 Jigger
1 Muddler
1 Cocktail Shaker
1 Hawthorne Strainer
1 Tongs
method
1. Muddle Raspberries with Raspberry Liqueur.
2. Add the remaining liquid ingredients and shake with ice.
3. Strain over ice in a Highball glass.
4. Top up with Soda Water and garnish.
