1.75oz Cîroc Red Berry
0.75oz Lime Juice
0.25oz Simple Syrup
5 Basil Leaves
1 Wheel Sliced Jalapeño
3 Dashes of Celery Bitters
1 Basil Leaf (Garnish)
Equipment
1 Rocks Glass
1 Ice Scoop
1 Jigger
1 Muddler
1 Cocktail Shaker
1 Hawthorne Strainer
1 Fine Strainer
1 Tongs
method
1. Muddle the Basil and Jalapeño in the bottom of a Mixing Tin.
2. Add the remaining ingredients to the Mixing Tin.
3. Shake with ice.
4. Fine strain into an ice-filled Rocks glass.
5. Garnish with a Basil Leaf.
