Cobble Hill
This twist on a contemporary classic adapts rye-forward flavors of the original Cobble Hill recipe from Milk and Honey in NYC, into a longer and lighter version by switching out the rye in favor of Johnnie Walker Red Label’s zesty notes.

Ingredients
1.25oz Johnnie Walker Red Label
0.75 Montenegro
0.5oz Lemon juice
0.5oz Simple syrup
3 Cucumber slices
3.25oz Soda water
Equipment
1 Shaker
1 Strainer
1 Tall glass
1 Muddler
method
Muddle the cucumber, add all other ingredients except for soda and give it a vigorous shake.
Fill a tall glass with ice and add 3.25 oz soda.
Fine strain over the ice and soda (this will incorporate it nicely rather than having a cocktail with a bunch of soda floating on top).
Garnish with a cucumber slice.
