A bold blend of blood orange infused Johnnie Walker Red Label, chocolate, beetroot, and lime, accented with peated Scotch, salt, and hot sauce, shaken with egg white and served straight up.

1.25oz Johnnie Walker infused with Blood Orange

0.25oz Johnnie Walker Double Black

0.5oz Beetroot juice

0.5oz Lime Juice

0.25oz Chocolate sauce

1 Dash of tabasco

1 Pinch of salt

1 Egg white

Equipment

1 Shaker

1 Strainer

1 Martini Glass

method

Add all the ingredients into a shaker with ice.
Shake vigorously.
Double strain and serve straight up.
