Ingredients

0.75oz George Dickel No.1 White Corn Whisky

0.5oz Italian Americano Aperitif Wine/French Blanc Aperitif Wine

0.25oz  Honey Liqueur

0.5oz  Lemon Juice

0.75oz Sparkling Wine

1  Lemon Twist (Garnish)

Equipment

1 Coupe Glass

1 Ice Scoop

1  Jigger

1 Cocktail Shaker

1 Hawthorne Strainer

1 Fine Strainer

1 Tongs

method

  1. Shake the first four liquid ingredients with ice.

  2. Fine strain into a chilled Coupe glass.

  3. Top up with Sparkling Wine.

  4. Garnish with a Lemon twist.
