A champagne-style non-alcoholic cocktail using Seedlip Grove 42, based on the classic French 75, a tart and refreshing cocktail.

1.25oz Seedlip Grove 42
0.5oz Lemon Juice
0.5oz Sugar Syrup
3.5oz Kombucha
1 Lemon Peel (Garnish)
Equipment
1 Champagne flute
1 Ice Scoop
1 Jigger
1 Cocktail Shaker
1 Hawthorne Strainer
1 Fine Strainer
1 Tongs
method
Shake all the ingredients, except for the Kombucha, with ice.
Fine strain into a chilled Champagne flute.
Top with the Kombucha.
Garnish with a Lemon Peel.
