A non-alcoholic version of a classic sour cocktail using Seedlip Garden 108, for a fluffy and fruity cocktail.

Ingredients

1.75oz Seedlip Garden 108

1.25oz  Cloudy Apple Juice

0.5oz  Squeezed Lemon Juice

0.25oz Cider Vinegar

0.5oz Sugar Syrup

1 Egg White

1  Rosemary Bud (Garnish)

Equipment

1 Coupette Glass

1 Ice Scoop

1 Jigger

1  Cocktail Shaker

1 Hawthorne Strainer

1  Fine Strainer

1 Tongs

method

  1. Vigourously shake all ingredients with ice.

  2. Fine strain into a chilled Coupe glass.

  3. Garnish with a Bud of Rosemary needles.
