Ingredients

1.75oz  Talisker 10-Year-Old

3.5oz Tomato Juice

0.25oz  Lime Juice

1 Pinch of Celery Salt

1  Pinch of Garlic Salt

5cm  Long Cucumber Baton

0.5 Red Pepper Side

1 Cucumber Slice (Garnish)

1 Red Pepper Slice (Garnish)

1 Green Pepper Slice (Garnish)

Equipment

1 Rocks Glass

1 Ice Scoop

1 Jigger

1  Bar Spoon

1 Tongs

1  Muddler

1 Cocktail Shaker

method

  1. Add the Cucumber and Peppers to a Cocktail Shaker and muddle.

  2. Add the rest of the ingredients to the shaker, add ice and gently roll to mix.

  3. Strain into a chilled Highball glass.

  4. Garnish with the remaining Peppers and Cucumber.
