Gaz's Gourmet Rye Cocktail
A winter-ready rye cocktail featuring gingerbread syrup, perfect for warming up your seasonal menu.

Ingredients
1.5oz Bulleit Bourbon
1.5oz Ruby Port
0.75oz Gingerbread syrup
Equipment
1 Cocktail Glass
1 bar spoon
1 mixing glass
method
Fill a mixing glass ¾ of the way with crushed or cubed ice.
Pour the gingerbread syrup and Bulleit.
Stir until all the syrup and Bulleit are combined, about 10 to 15 seconds.
Strain into a cocktail glass and serve.
