This crown jewel of a cocktail is liquid gold. Crown Royal XO with fresh lemon, simple syrup, French Herbal liqueur and Bitters over ice - its bold, perfectly balanced, rich and refined.

Ingredients

0.75oz  Crown Royal XO Blended Canadian Whisky

0.75oz Lemon Juice

0.5oz Simple Syrup

0.5oz Yellow Herbal Liqueur

2 Dashes Bitters

1 Lemon Wedge (Garnish)

Equipment

1 Rocks Glass

1  Cocktail Shaker

1 Hawthorne Strainer

1 Fine Strainer

1  Tongs

method

  1. Shake all ingredients with ice.

  2. Fine strain into a Rocks glass over cubed ice.

  3. Garnish with a Lemon wedge.
