1.75oz  Johnnie Walker Gold Label Blended Scotch Whisky

0.75oz Blueberry Purée

0.5oz Simple Syrup

0.5oz Fresh Lemon Juice

1 Lemon Twist (Garnish)

Equipment

1  Ice Scoop

1  Jigger

1 Cocktail Shaker

1  Hawthorne Strainer

1 Tongs

method

  1. Shake all ingredients in an ice-filled cocktail shaker.

  2. Strain into an ice-filled Highball glass.

  3. Garnish with a Lemon twist.
