Golden Hour Highball

This delicious whisky highball blends the vibrant fruit and sweet vanilla notes of Johnnie Walker Gold Label Reserve with bitter cynar, sweet, aromatic Belsazar Red Vermouth, nutty rice syrup, and zesty lemon. It is served long over ice and finished with a spritz of effervescent soda.

0.25oz Cynar

0.25oz Belsazar Rosso Vermouth

0.25oz Brown Rice Syrup (2:1)

0.5oz Lemon Juice

2oz Soda Water

1 Sesame seeds (garnish)

1 Strainer

1 Coupe glass

method

  1. Add ice to a highball glass.

  2. Take all ingredients and add to highball glass.

  3. Garnish with toasted black sesame seeds.
