1.7oz Gordon’s Sicilian Lemon
0.85oz Lemon Juice
0.85oz Sugar Syrup (1:1)
1.7oz Soda Water
1 Slice of Lemon
Equipment
1 Highball glass
method
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice, Gordon's Sicillian Lemon, Lemon Juice and Sugar Syrup.
Shake.
Strain into a highball glass with ice.
Garnish with a slice of lemon.
