Guinness Bloody Mary

Ingredients are shaken and strained into an ice-filled glass, topped off with Guinness Draught beer, and garnished with a celery stalk and lime wedge.

1.5oz Vodka

9oz Tomato Juice

2 Pinches Of Celery Salt

2 Pinches of Pepper

1 Seafood Seasoning

2 Dashes of Hot Sauce

3 Dashes of Worcestershire Sauce

1 Squeeze of Lemon

2oz Guinness

1 Celery stalk and lime wedge (Garnish)

Equipment

1 Highball Glass

1 Ice Scoop

1  Jigger

2 Cocktail Shaker Tins

1 Hawthorne Strainer

1 Bar Spoon

1 Tongs

method

  1. Add all ingredients except beer into an ice-filled cocktail shaker.

  2. Shake gently and strain into an ice-filled glass.

  3. Top off the drink with Guinness.

  4. Garnish with a celery stalk and lime wedge.
