1.25oz Ron Zacapa No. 23

0.75oz Crème de Cassis

0.75oz Lemon Juice

0.5oz Orgeat

1 Top with Guinness Irish Stout

1 Mint Sprig (Garnish)

Equipment

1 Highball Glass

1 Ice Scoop

1  Jigger

1 Bar Spoon

1 Tongs

1 Cocktail Shaker

1 Hawthorne Strainer

method

  1. Shake all the liquid ingredients, except for the Guinness, with ice.

  2. Strain into an ice-filled Highball glass.

  3. Top with Guinness.

  4. Garnish with a Mint sprig.
