Guinness Parts Unknown
Zacapa is shaken with cassis and almond and topped up with Guinness in this rich, interesting cocktail.

1.25oz Ron Zacapa No. 23
0.75oz Crème de Cassis
0.75oz Lemon Juice
0.5oz Orgeat
1 Top with Guinness Irish Stout
1 Mint Sprig (Garnish)
Equipment
1 Highball Glass
1 Ice Scoop
1 Jigger
1 Bar Spoon
1 Tongs
1 Cocktail Shaker
1 Hawthorne Strainer
method
Shake all the liquid ingredients, except for the Guinness, with ice.
Strain into an ice-filled Highball glass.
Top with Guinness.
Garnish with a Mint sprig.
