A tropical punch blending the rich, aromatic notes of Ron Zacapa with zesty fresh lime, pineapple and delicate peach liqueur coffee liqueur, orgeat and bitters! Big, bold and delicious tasting.

1.25oz RON ZACAPA 23

0.75oz Lime juice

0.75oz Crème de pêche

0.5oz Pineapple juice

0.5oz Orgeat syrup

3 Dashes aromatic bitters

0.15oz Coffee liqueur

Equipment

1 Shaker

1 Strainer

1 Hurricane Glass or tiki mug

method

Shake all the ingredients over ice.
Strain into a hurricane glass or bamboo mug over fresh crushed ice.
Garnish with pineapple leaves and wedges, lime shells, umbrellas, pink flamingos.
