1.25oz Sparkling Apple Soda
6 dashes of Ginger Bitters
1 Slice of Root Ginger (Garnish)

1 Rocks Glass
1 Ice Scoop
1 Jigger
1 Bar Spoon
1 Tongs
method
Add all ingredients to an ice-filled Rocks glass.
Stir to combine.
Garnish with a slice of Fresh Root Ginger.
