1.75oz Haig Club Whisky

1.25oz Sparkling Apple Soda

6 dashes of Ginger Bitters

1 Slice of Root Ginger (Garnish)

Equipment

1 Rocks Glass

1  Ice Scoop

1  Jigger

1 Bar Spoon

1 Tongs

method

  1. Add all ingredients to an ice-filled Rocks glass.

  2. Stir to combine.

  3. Garnish with a slice of Fresh Root Ginger.
