Harvest Pumpkin Toddy

A festive blend of bourbon, Frangelico, and spiced pumpkin mix that's rich with holiday flavors.

Ingredients

1oz Bulleit Bourbon

0.5oz Hazelnut liqueur

2 Tablespoons spiced pumpkin mix*

1 Lemon wedge

0.5ml Boiling water

Equipment

1 coffee mug

1 wooden spoon

1 mixing bowl

method

  1. Squeeze lemon wedge into a coffee mug.

  2. Measure in bourbon and hazelnut liqueur.

  3. Carefully add the spiced pumpkin mix, add the boiling water, and stir until well-mixed.

*Spiced Pumpkin Mix: 

  • 1 stick un-salted butter, at room temperature

  • 1.5 cups packed brown sugar

  • 1 tbsp ground cinnamon

  • 2 tsp ground nutmeg

  • 0.75 tsp ground cloves

  • 0.5 tsp kosher salt

  • 16 oz pumpkin puree

Mix all of the ingredients thoroughly with a wooden spoon.
