1.75oz  Tanqueray London Dry Gin

5oz Tonic Water

2  Orange Wedges  

1 Lemon Wedge

6 Mint Leaves 

6 Grapes

1 Mint Sprig (Garnish)

1 Orange Wedge (Garnish)

Equipment

1  Highball Glass

1  Ice Scoop

1 Jigger

1 Bar Spoon

1 Tongs

1 Muddler

method

  1. Muddle Mint Leaves and Oranges wedges in a Highball glass.

  2. Fill glass with cubed ice.

  3. Add the Tanqueray and Tonic Water.

  4. Stir with a Bar Spoon.

  5. Garnish with an Orange wedge and a Mint sprig.
