Ketel, Cucumber & Ruby Grapefruit
Crisp and cool! An enticing combination of Ketel One Original Vodka with Elderflower liqueur, Ruby Red grapefruit juice and cucumbers for easy summer sipping.

1.25oz Ketel One Vodka
0.25oz Elderflower Liqueur
1.75oz Ruby Red Grapefruit Juice
3 Slices of Cucumber
0.25oz Sugar Syrup
1 Cucumber Strip (Garnish)
Equipment
1 Martini Glass
1 Cocktail Shaker
1 Hawthorne Strainer
1 Fine Strainer
1 Vegetable Peeler
1 Tongs
method
Shake all the ingredients with ice.
Fine strain into a chilled Martini glass.
Use the vegetable peeler to cut a vertical strip of Cucumber.
Roll this and skewer with a toothpick and place on top of the glass.
