Ingredients

1.25oz Ketel One Vodka

0.25oz  Elderflower Liqueur

1.75oz Ruby Red Grapefruit Juice

3 Slices of Cucumber

0.25oz Sugar Syrup

1 Cucumber Strip (Garnish)

Equipment

1  Martini Glass

1  Cocktail Shaker

1 Hawthorne Strainer

1  Fine Strainer

1 Vegetable Peeler

1  Tongs

method

  1. Shake all the ingredients with ice.

  2. Fine strain into a chilled Martini glass.

  3. Use the vegetable peeler to cut a vertical strip of Cucumber.

  4. Roll this and skewer with a toothpick and place on top of the glass.
