1.5oz Ketel One Botanical Grapefruit & Rose
3oz Soda Water
1 Grapefruit Wedge

1 White Wine glass
1 Bar Spoon
1 Good quality ice cubes
method
1. Fill a white wine glass with good quality ice cubes.
2. Add all ingredients and stir gently.
3. Garnish with a grapefruit wedge.
