Ketel One Cucumber Cooler
Cool down with this crisp cocktail! Ketel One Citroen over muddled Cucumbers, Limes and served on the rocks with a splash of Ginger Beer - a delightfully fresh sip of summer!

1.75oz Ketel One Citroen
5 Slices Seedless Cucumber with 1 slice for garnish
0.5oz Lime Juice
1.75oz Ginger Beer
Equipment
1 Highball Glass
1 Ice Scoop
1 Jigger
1 Muddler
1 Cocktail Shaker
1 Hawthorne Strainer
1 Fine Strainer
1 Tongs
method
Muddle the Cucumber in the bottom of a cocktail shaker.
Add the rest of the ingredients except the Ginger Beer and shake with ice.
Strain into an ice-filled Collins glass.
Top with Ginger Beer.
Garnish with a Cucumber slice.
