Ketel One Passionfruit Mojito

1.75oz Ketel One Vodka

0.75oz Passion Fruit Purée

0.5oz Fresh Lime Juice

0.25oz Sugar Syrup

8 Mint Leaves

1.75oz Soda

1 Mint Sprig (Garnish)

1 Passion Fruit Slice (Garnish)

Equipment

1 Highball Glass

1 Ice Scoop

1 Jigger

1 Muddler

1 Bar Spoon

1 Tongs

method

Gently muddle the Mint with the other ingredients except for the Soda Water in a Highball glass.
Fill the glass with Crushed ice and churn.
Top up again with Crushed ice and add Soda Water.
Garnish with a Mint Sprig and a Lemon wedge.
