1.75oz Captain Morgan White Rum

0.75oz Lemonade

0.25oz Orgeat Syrup

0.75oz Cherry Purée

0.25oz Lime Juice

1 Lime Twist (Garnish)

Equipment

1 Highball Glass

1 Ice Scoop

1  Jigger

1 Cocktail Shaker

1 Hawthorne Strainer

1 Bar Spoon

1 Tongs

method

  1. Shake all ingredients with ice.

  2. Strain into an ice-filled Highball glass.

  3. Garnish with a Lime twist.
