0.75oz Fresh Lime Juice
2.5oz Pom Coconut
1 Dash of Angostora Bitters
2 Pineapple Leaves
1 Rocks Glass
1 Ice Scoop
1 Jigger
1 Cocktail Shaker
1 Hawthorne Strainer
1 Tongs
Shake all ingredients with ice.
Strain into an ice-filled Rocks glass.
Garnish with Pineapple Leaves.
