1.75oz Ron Zacapa Centenario 23 Rum

0.5oz Simple Syrup

0.75oz Fresh Lime Juice

2.5oz Pom Coconut

1  Dash of Angostora Bitters

2 Pineapple Leaves

Equipment

1  Rocks Glass

1 Ice Scoop

1  Jigger

1 Cocktail Shaker

1 Hawthorne Strainer

1 Tongs

method

  1. Shake all ingredients with ice.

  2. Strain into an ice-filled Rocks glass.

  3. Garnish with Pineapple Leaves.
