Liber-Tea
Fourth of July celebrations call for a light, fresh tasting versatile seasonal sipper. The tangy citrus and herbal mint provides a twist on an Arnold Palmer while highlighting the spicy notes of the high-rye mash build of Bulleit Bourbon.

Ingredients
1.5oz Bulliet Bourbon
0.75oz lemon juice
0.75oz simple syrup
0.25oz orange juice
2oz unsweetened black tea
3 mint leaves
Equipment
1 Highball glass
1 Shaker tin
1 Strainer
method
Lightly muddle 3 mint leaves with simple syrup in a shaker tin.
Add all other ingredients to tin, with ice, and shake hard.
Fine strain over fresh ice in a highball glass.
Garnish: Mint Sprig
