1.75oz  Talisker 10

1.75oz Orange Juice

0.25oz  Lemon juice

0.25oz Honey

0.75oz Egg White

1 Rosemary Sprig (Garnish)

Equipment

1  Martini Glass

1  Ice Scoop

1 Jigger

1 Bar Spoon

1 Cocktail Shaker

1 Hawthorne Strainer

1 Fine Strainer

method

  1. Shake all the liquid ingredients with ice.

  2. Strain into an ice-filled Rocks glass.

  3. Garnish with a Rosemary sprig.
