A twist on the traditional Negroni, using rum instead of gin.

0.75oz Zacapa 23 Rum
0.75oz Liqueur
0.75oz Sweet vermouth
1 Orangel Peel (Garnish)
Equipment
1 Mixing Glass
1 Strainer
1 Rocks Glass
method
Stir all ingredients in a mixing glass.
Strain over a large ice cube in a double rocks glass and express the oils.
Garnish with an orange peel.
Alcohol content: 13.56g per serve
