A well-balanced whisky highball that matches up Johnnie Walker Black Label with rich, Ethiopian coffee.

Ingredients
1oz Johnnie Walker Black Label
0.25oz Coffee liqueur
0.5oz Cold brew Ethiopian coffee*
0.75oz Red apple cordial**
3oz Soda water
2 Dashes of fresh orange bitters***
Equipment
1 Barspoon
1 Highball glass
1 Collins ice
1 Tong
1 Jigger
method
Pour all the ingredients into the glass
Add your ice
Slowly pour the amount of soda
Stir gently
*Cold Brew: macerate Ethiopian coffee roasted and ground for filter, with water at a ratio 1/8 (1 part coffee to 8 parts water) at fridge temperature for 24 hours and then filter through paper filter.
**Red apple cordial: cook 1 part of flower honey, 1 part demerara sugar, 1 part of red apple juice, 1% salt and 10% malic acid at 50 degrees for 5 minutes.
***Fresh orange bitters: 2 parts of arrange zest, 1part of vodka Smirnoff, 10% brown sugar in vacuumed sealed bags for 3 days. Filter through paper filter.
