A pairing made in heaven, balancing the green notes of Mezcal Unión Uno with the citrusy, tangy, and sweet pineapple.

1.5oz Mezcal Unión Uno
2oz Pineapple Juice
0.5oz Fresh Lime Juice
0.25oz Agave Syrup
1 Garnish with a dehydrated pineapple slice
1 optional: chili powder rim

1 Ice Scoop
1 Jigger
1 Tongs
1 Shaker
method
Add all ingredients into a shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled.
Strain into a Rocks glass with ice.
