1.75oz Bulleit Bourbon
1 Sachet of Sugar Substitute
0.5oz Water
12 Leaves of Fresh Mint
1 Mint Sprig (Garnish)
Equipment
1 Rocks Glass
1 Ice Scoop
1 Jigger
1 Muddler
1 Bar Spoon
1 Tongs
method
Muddle all the ingredients except the Whiskey in a Rocks glass.
Add Crushed ice to fill.
Pour over Bulleit Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey.
Garnish with a Mint Sprig.
