This drink has a Mojito-esque profile emboldened by the addition of peach liqueur and fresh pineapple.

Ingredients
1.5oz Ron Zacapa rum
0.5oz Peach liqueur
2oz Pineapple juice
0.5oz Lime juice
0.5oz Honey syrup (2:1)
5 Mint leaves
Equipment
1 Shaker
1 Collins or Hurricane glass
method
Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice.
Strain into a hurricane or Collins glass filled with crushed ice.
Garnish with a mint sprig.
