0.5oz Aviation Gin

0.5oz Sweet Vermouth

0.5oz Italian Bitter Aperitif

1 Orange wedge (garnish)

method

Combine all ingredients in a chilled rocks glass.
Add ice and gently stir.
Garnish with an orange wedge.
