0.75oz Lime juice

0.5cm Lemon grass

2 Lime leaves

1 Bay leaf

1oz Pear juice

0.25oz Simple syrup

1 Ginger beer to top up

1 Shaker

1 Ice

method

Pour all ingredients into the shaker except the ginger beer.
Fill the shaker with fresh ice cubes.
Shake for 6-8 seconds.
Top up with ginger beer.
