Ingredients

0.8oz Johnnie Walker Black Label Blended Scotch Whisky

0.5oz Amaretto Liqueur

0.8oz Pineapple Juice

1.8oz Cream of Coconut

1 Orange Slice (Garnish)

Equipment

1 Highball Glass

1 Ice Scoop

1  Jigger

1 Cocktail Shaker

1 Hawthorne Strainer

1 Tongs

method

  1. Shake all the liquid ingredients with ice.

  2. Strain into an ice-filled Highball glass.

  3. Garnish with an Orange slice.

Alcohol content:

10.9g per serve
