Peach & Ginger Mojito
Cool down with this Southern style Mojito! Captain Morgan's Black Spiced Rum with Peach Liqueur, Peach Purée, Ginger Syrup, Mint and fresh Lime over ice with a splash of Ginger Beer - a vibrant sip of summer!

1.25oz Captain Morgans Black Spiced Rum
0.25oz Peach Flavoured
1.75oz Ginger Ale
0.75oz Peach Purée
0.5oz Ginger Syrup
0.25oz Lime Juice
1 Mint Sprig (Garnish)
1 Peach Slice (Garnish)
Equipment
1 Rocks Glass
1 Ice Scoop
1 Jigger
1 Cocktail Shaker
1 Hawthorne Strainer
1 Tongs
method
Shake all the liquid ingredients with ice.
Strain into an ice-filled Rocks glass.
Garnish with a Mint sprig and a Peach slice.
