Pineapple Flambé
This fiery flambé is fantastic! Captain Morgan White Rum chilled with ButterScotch Schnapps, Pineapple Juice and Habanero Lime Syrup that's served with a chili spice rim - it's fire and spice and everything nice!

1.25oz Captain Morgan White Rum
0.25oz Butterscotch Schnapps
1.75oz Pineapple Juice
0.5oz Habanero Lime Syrup
1 Pineapple Wedge (Garnish)
1 Chili Salt (Garnish)
Equipment
1 Martini Glass
1 Ice Scoop
1 Jigger
2 Plates
1 Cocktail Shaker
1 Hawthorne Strainer
1 Fine Strainer
1 Tongs
method
Dip the rim of a Martini glass in Syrup.
Dip the sugar-rim the glass in the Chili Salt to line it.
Shake all ingredients with ice.
Fine strain into the Martini glass.
Garnish with a Pineapple wedge.
