1.5oz Captain Morgan’s White Rum

1.5oz Pineapple Juice

0.75oz Orange Juice

0.5oz Lime Juice

0.5oz Honey

1 Pineapple slice or maraschino cherry (garnish)

1 Shaker

1 Strainer

1 Glass

method

  1. Combine Captain Morgan’s White Rum, pineapple juice, orange juice, lime juice, and honey in a shaker.

  2. Add ice and shake well.

  3. Strain into a glass filled with ice.

  4. Garnish with a pineapple slice and a maraschino cherry.
