Ingredients

  • 1.5oz

    Tanqueray No.10*

  • 1oz

    Lemon juice

  • 1oz

    Egg white

  • 3dashes

    Italian bitters

  • 0.25oz

    Falernum liqueur

  • 0.5oz

    Simple syrup

  • 1

    Dehydrated orange wheel & fresh cranberries (Garnish)

Method

  • Method
    1. Pour all ingredients into a shaker except the garnishes.
    2. Dry shake.
    3. Add ice cubes into the shaker and shake.
    4. Pour the drink and fine strain it.
    5. Garnish with dehydrated orange wheel and fresh cranberries.
