Red Nosed Sour
The perfect Gin cocktail for a seasonal menu, using lemon juice, bitters and egg white.

Ingredients
1.5oz Tanqueray No. TEN
1oz Lemon juice
1oz Egg white
3dashes Italian bitters
0.25oz Falernum liqueur
0.5oz Simple syrup
1 Dehydrated orange wheel & fresh cranberries (Garnish)
Equipment
1 Rocks Glass
method
Pour all ingredients into a shaker except the garnishes.
Dry shake.
Add ice cubes into the shaker and shake.
Pour the drink and fine strain it.
Garnish with dehydrated orange wheel and fresh cranberries.
