Ingredients

1.75oz Johnnie Walker Red Label

1oz Passion Fruit Purée

0.25oz Sugar Syrup

2.5oz  Soda Water

8 Mint Leaves

3 Lemon Slices with 1 slice for garnish

Equipment

1  Highball Glass

1 Ice Scoop

1  Jigger

1 Tongs

1  Bar Spoon

method

  1. Add all the ingredients to an ice-filled Highball glass.

  2. Stir to combine.

  3. Garnish with a Lemon slice.
